Registration

When registering for camp, a $300 deposit per week enrolled is due with the application.

We highly recommend that you consider investing in Tuition Insurance coverage at the time of booking (See below).

 

Register before June 15th – Pay At Your Own Pace

Registering for camp before June 15th provides you with the opportunity to pay at your own pace. You are welcome to log into your “MY IGC” account at any time and make partial payments until June 14th. On June 15th, all remaining final balances will automatically be charged to the credit card on file in your “MY IGC” account, (If full payment is not received on June 15th, the deposit is non-refundable, and your camper’s place may be allocated to a waitlisted camper).

 

Register on or after June 15th – Full Tuition Due

If you are registering for camp on or after June 15th, full tuition payment for all weeks enrolled must accompany your registration application.

Please Note: IGC does not take payments or any credit card information over the phone. All payments must be made online through your “MY IGC” account.


Tuition Insurance

International Gymnastics continues to be committed to discovering new programs and options to increase value for our camp families. We are very excited to announce the availability of Program Protector.

The Program Protector Protection Plans are now available for purchase during the online registration process and if purchased, may protect up to the full cost of your session, and includes a variety of other benefits should the need arise.

Many times the fun and excitement of camp is interrupted by unfortunate circumstances such as a family emergency or sickness, bags are lost or stolen or you may need to cancel due to other unforeseen circumstances.

There are two Plans available for you to choose from:

  1. Standard Plan F530S: Plan Cost is 5% of your session fee. The Standard Plan includes a package of Assistance Services plus insurance benefits including Program Cancellation and Interruption, Travel Delay, Medical Expense, Baggage, Baggage Delay and more.

 

  1. Enhanced Plan F530E: (Not Available to Residents of New York) – Plan Cost is 7.50% of the session fee and includes protection of the cancellation penalties (provided the requirements are met for coverage), if you cancel Your Program for any reason up to 2 (two) days before your scheduled departure date for any reason not otherwise covered by this Plan, benefits will be paid for the percentage of the Prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits You paid for Your Program as shown in the Cancellation Penalty Schedule.*

26% to 50% of Program Cost.

Please Note: The Cancel For Any Reason Benefit is applicable to all sessions insured on this enrollment and cannot be used for individual sessions.

Waiver of the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion The exclusion for Pre-Existing Condition will be waived provided: (a) Your payment for this Policy and enrollment form are received with or before the final payment for Your Program; and (b) You are not disabled from travel at the time Your premium is paid.

Certain benefits are only available if payment for these Plans are received by Program Protector with or before your final payment for your program.

Please Note:

  • Tuition Insurance is not automatic. You must purchase the program on our partners’ websites (The camper application will directly link you to and from these websites).
  • Insurance for US residents is available for purchase when registering. Please contact our partners for more information about delayed purchasing on 1800-423-3632. Provide the code for International Gymnastics Camp (INTE0100PA) and refer to plans F530S (Standard Plan) and F530E (Enhance Plan). Please ask for Tim, Jackie, or Courtney.

Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy

Every year we review and update our Cancellation Policy. Please be sure to read the entire policy before enrollment.

Cancellation

Our “Cancellation Form” must be completed to notify us of a cancellation and to apply for any applicable refund. The “Cancellation Form” is found under the “Forms & Documents” tab in your “MY IGC” account. You must submit this form to initiate any refund request. The amount refunded depends on the date the cancellation form is received by our office.

 

Date Dependent Refunds

  • Cancellation form received before June 15th: Refund equals tuition payments less a $150 processing charge per week canceled.
  • Cancellation form received on or after June 15th: There are no refunds if the cancellation form is received after June 15th. There are no exceptions. If you are concerned about canceling in this time frame, please look into purchasing Tuition Insurance with your registration. There are no exceptions to this policy; non-refundable fees are non-transferable.

Note: Your cancellation request will not be processed without completing your cancellation form.

No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws at any time after arriving at camp. There is no reduction or refund of fees for late arrival or early departure. If a camper is a “No Show” for a registered week, no refund will be issued. IGC reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, at its sole discretion any camper whose conduct is detrimental to themselves, to other campers, or to the camp.
