All registrations are completed online through our secured website to ensure the accuracy, privacy, and security of the application.
Important: The enrollment and “MY IGC” systems are optimized for Chrome or Firefox browsers. Parents have experienced some difficulty completing the enrollment process using Apple’s Safari browser.
For Families New To IGC
Click on the Enroll button at the top of our website to register for camp. Your new family “MY IGC” account will be created with your application. Once created, your account can be accessed via the “MY IGC” button at the top of our website.
From then on, use your “MY IGC” account for all your camp-related needs: to access your camper’s forms & documents, to make payments, to update information, to add money to your camper’s canteen account, etc.
For Returning IGC Families
To enroll, click on the “MY IGC” button at the top of our website. You will be able to use and update your existing account to apply for the new summer.
Forgot your Password? If you do not remember your password, click the “Retrieve Password” link to reset your password. For security reasons, entering an incorrect password may lock your account. If this occurs, please call our office at (570) 629-0244 so we can verify your identity and manually unlock your account.
Choose Week Later Option
Take advantage of our early registration discounts, even if you are unsure now which weeks best suit your family’s schedule, with our Choose Week Later option.
- When enrolling simply select any “Choose Week Later” option instead of a specific week.
- If you want to enroll in multiple weeks, select multiple “Choose Week Later” options.
- When you decide on the dates to attend, email the office at email@example.com with the dates you prefer OR log back into your “MY IGC” account and use the “Switch Weeks” form.
- All weeks must be selected by April 1.
Please Note: The “Choose Week Later” option does not reserve your spot in any particular week. All subsequent requests for specific weeks are subject to availability.
Forms Required After Enrollment
Once you have finished the enrollment process, there are seven (7) mandatory forms that need to be completed:
- Camp Policy & Rules Overview
- Health History
- Physician’s Examination
- Pick Up Authorization
- Gymnastics Club Information
- Media Release
- Special Dietary Requirements
All of these forms, plus additional forms for individual circumstances, can be found in the “Forms & Documents” link in your “MY IGC” account.
