International Gymnastics Camp’s breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, eggs, meats, potatoes, french toast/pancakes/waffles, a variety of cold cereals, as well as milk, juice, and hot chocolate.

For lunch and dinner, our chefs prepare a full course hot buffet menu as well as soup, a full salad bar, a build-your-own-wrap bar, and fresh fruit.

IGC’s daily varied menu always includes vegetarian choices.

ServSafe (Food Safety)

Our Chefs and Kitchen Staff are trained and certified through ServSafe, the education division of the National Restaurant Association and the national leader in food safety certification. We are proud to say that we require not just one, but all our Chefs and Kitchen Staff to have undergone either the ServSafe Food Protection Manager or the ServSafe Food Handler training.
