ENROLLMENT IS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR SUMMER 2025 AT IGC!

This blog is a super helpful guide to summer 2025 enrollment at IGC! We anticipate weeks filling up much earlier post-Olympic year, so it’s a good idea to enroll today to secure your spot for summer at IGC! Plus, the earlier you enroll, the bigger the early bird special! For instance, if you enroll before August 31st this year, you can save a massive $200 per week! We also offer multi-week and sibling discounts for summer 2025. Please contact the office for more details on these savings!

Our summer camp Dates & Fees can be found here. In addition to the 9 epic summer weeks we will be running in 2025, we are also hosting two amazing mini-camp sessions in August! The camp magic fun just doesn’t stop here in the beautiful Pocono Mountains!

Enrollment Dates / Payment Info

Enrollment BEFORE May 1st, 2025
When enrolling for camp before May 1st, 2025 a deposit of $300 per week enrolled is due with you camper’s application.

Enrollment BEFORE May 1st, 2025 – Pay At Your Own Pace
Enrolling for camp before May 1st, 2025 provides you with the opportunity to pay at your own pace. You are welcome to log into your My IGC Account at any time and make partial payments until May 1st, 2025.

Enrollment ON or AFTER May 1st, 2025
As of May 1st, 2025, the FULL tuition for each enrolled session will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of enrollment.

Please note: For enrollment ON or AFTER May 1st, 2025, the FULL tuition for each enrolled session will be charged to the credit card on file at the time you enroll your camper.

Tuition Insurance

Program Protector (Tuition Insurance)

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing your child from attending camp. As our 2025 refund policy is limited (see below), we have partnered with Program Protector to provide tuition insurance above and beyond our refund policy.

We highly recommend that you consider investing in tuition insurance coverage. For more information, please follow the “click here for full details” link above.

International Gymnastics Camp’s 2025 Refund Policy

Cancellation Form: You must submit our IGC Cancellation Form to initiate any cancellation and refund request (if applicable). The Cancellation Form can be found on your My IGC Account under Forms and Documents. Please note, the amount refunded depends on the date the cancellation form is received by the IGC office.

Cancellation BEFORE May 1st, 2025: Money paid, less the $150.00 processing fee will be refunded.

Cancellation ON or AFTER May 1st, 2025: There is NO REFUND if the cancellation form is received ON or AFTER May 1st, 2025. There are no exceptions to this policy. For example, this includes cancellations due to but not limited to injury, unexpected injury, and illness regardless of whether there is a physician’s note.

We highly recommend that you purchase the tuition insurance if you are concerned about canceling within this time frame.
