The International Café at IGC

Each meal at IGC, for both campers and staff, can be found at the International Café! Each member of our kitchen staff works extremely hard at providing all campers and staff members delicious food throughout each week of summer camp.

With each day, our kitchen staff cooks up something new and tasty for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some of the meals are even themed, including camper favorites Taco Tuesday and Finger Food Friday. On Tuesdays, campers and staff are encouraged to build their own hard or soft-shell tacos with chicken, beef, or black beans. To complete the tacos, they may add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. On Fridays, campers and staff let loose a little and may enjoy chicken tenders, French fries, hot dogs, deli sandwiches, and more.

Another day that’s a camper favorite is Wednesday, which is camp brunch day! The combination of breakfast and lunch is always a huge hit. There are loads of different options for brunch including a salad bar, assorted fruits, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, bagels, fried rice, hot dogs, soups, a carving station, and much more!

There are many different options for all to enjoy at IGC’s International Café. Our kitchen staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to allergies, as well as vegetarian and gluten free options.

The kitchen staff looks forward to meeting new faces every week and providing delicious varieties of food for all to enjoy!
