Olympians Ivan Ivankov & Nathan Gafuik Confirmed for Summer 2017

We are very excited to announce that Olympians Ivan Ivankov and Nathan Gafuik will be joining us this summer at IGC!

Nathan will be at camp during week 6, and Ivan will join IGC for weeks 3 and 8. Nathan and Ivan are always camper favorites inside and outside the gyms!

About Ivan

Ivan is an 11-time World Championships Medalist (3-time Gold Medalist), 13-time European Championships Medalist, and is a Belarus Master of Sport. In 2009, Ivan accepted an assistant coaching position for the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign Men’s Gymnastics program. In 2012, Ivan was named the National Assistant Coach of the Year after helping lead Illinois to the 2012 NCAA Men’s Gymnastics Championship title. Ivan currently lives and coaches gymnastics in Texas.

About Nathan

Nathan is a 2-time Olympic competitor for Canada, competing in the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympic Games. He is a Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist, 15-time Canadian Senior National Champion, and Pro Gymnastics Challenge – Team World Competitor. Nathan is now a boys’ gymnastics Program Director and Head Coach in California.
