CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-In: Sunday | 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Join us on campus during check-in! You can help your camper get settled in their cabin, meet their fantastic counselors, explore the beautiful grounds, and visit the IGC Canteen to check out our newest merchandise!
Check-Out: Saturday | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
We’d love to see our camp families again during check-out. Come join us as we wrap up a fantastic week!

Let’s make check-in a breeze! Ensure all REQUIRED forms are submitted and payments are complete before your camper’s arrival. Check your My IGC Account under Forms & Documents and Financial Management for status updates.

CANTEEN ACCOUNT
Manage your camper’s spending by logging into your My IGC Account and clicking on View Canteen Account. Fund the account or see what your camper has purchased. Any funds over $5.00 left at the end of their stay will be automatically refunded.
(Pro tip: When entering the amount, skip the “$” sign!)

HEALTH CENTER
For everyone’s safety, no medications (including vitamins and non-prescription meds) are allowed in cabins. All medications are checked in with our nurse and administered as prescribed. Consider if non-essential vitamins are needed—visiting the nurse can take time out of your camper’s fun-filled day.

KEEPING IN CONTACT WITH YOUR CAMPER
CAMPSTAMPS
Stay in touch with your camper using CampStamps through your My IGC Account. Purchase electronic stamps to write letters back and forth. Request a reply sheet to make it easy for your camper to respond. E-letters are printed and delivered at least twice a day.
PLEASE NOTE: It’s normal for campers to reply a day or two later—they’re busy having a blast!

Surprise your camper with a gift bag from our online store! Purchase gift bags before check-in or during camp and choose the delivery day (Monday through Friday).

WEEKLY THEMES
Decorate cabins and bunks or bring themed gear to celebrate the weekly themes. Camp will be decked out to celebrate each theme. You are welcome to join in the fun as much or as little as you like—it’s all about creating camp magic memories!
