CHECK IN & OUT
Check-In Information: Sunday | 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. We invite our camp families to join us during check-in! You’ll have the opportunity to help your camper get settled in their cabin, meet their counselors, and explore the campgrounds — including a visit to the IGC Canteen to check out our newest merchandise!
Check-Out Information: Saturday | 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Families are welcome to join us as we wrap up an amazing week at camp.

CAMP FORMS & PAYMENTS
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please make sure all required forms are submitted, and all payments are completed before arrival. You can check your camper’s status by logging into your My IGC Account:

IGC’S CAMP STORE
CANTEEN ACCOUNT
Manage your camper’s spending money with ease! Log into your My IGC Account and select View Canteen Account to add funds or track purchases. Any remaining balance of $5.00 or more will be automatically refunded to the credit card on file.
Helpful Hint: When adding funds, enter numbers only and decimal point (no “$” sign).
Additionally, canteen refunds can take up to 14 days to process following your checkout date.

These limited-edition designs are packed with camp spirit to match the ‘theme-of-the-week’ and only available while supplies last, so don’t wait and grab yours at check-in!
IGC’S HEALTH CENTER
HEALTH & WELLNESS
For the safety of all campers, medications (including vitamins and over-the-counter items) are not allowed in cabins. All medications must be checked in with our Health Center for proper administration. Please consider whether non-essential items like vitamins are needed, as visiting the nurse takes time away from activities.
Please ensure that all medications are provided in their original packaging, as any medications not in original packaging will not be administered.
Prescription medications will be prioritized during designated times.

SUMMER PHOTOS
On Sunday evening, you will receive an email with the password to access camp photos on SmugMug — so you can catch a glimpse of all the fun!

Our CampStamps email system lets you send messages to your camper right from your My IGC Account! You can even include a reply sheet for them to write back.
Please note: Campers may take a day or two to respond, as they’re busy making the most of their time at camp!

ROAD CLOSURE & DETOUR INFO
TRAVEL UPDATE
Please note that Golden Slipper Road off of Route 611 will be closed starting on June 16th. If you were planning to use this route, we recommend the following detour:
DETOUR INSTRUCTIONS
Take Route 80 to the Tannersville exit (Exit 299)
From there, locate and turn onto Reeders Run Road
Follow Reeders Run Road to the end
Turn right onto Bartonsville Woods Road
Camp is about 1 mile up on the right
(This will affect your campers for check out only, not check in)
