Each 7-day session at the International Gymnastics Camp is designed with your child in mind. Our programs maximize the amount of time every gymnast gets with a coach who focuses on premier gymnastics training, proper technique and progressions, and reinforcing a positive learning environment. With these philosophies in mind, we designed our program schedules to include time for daily gymnastics workouts and traditional summer camp activities like open gym and social time.

We are thrilled to offer campers three unique opportunities to have fun and make friends while learning a ton. Over the course of a week, we provide consistent training and recreation activities, to challenge campers to grow as individuals and gymnasts.

Traditional Program

As the name suggests, this is our original offering, designed to maximize each camper’s experience with a professional gymnastics coach. At the beginning of the week, each individual sets realistic goals to ensure they maximize the seven days at camp. We combine this more rigorous approach with daily recreational activities designed to encourage socialization and friendship-making.

Schedule:

  • The morning begins at 8:30 am with a hearty breakfast. Following breakfast, campers will split into groups for three gymnastics rotations.
  • After lunch is served at 12:15 pm, the afternoon session begins with another three gymnastic rotations.
  • Campers finish the day with dinner served at 5:30 pm followed by a few hours of open gym and social activities.

We share a full breakdown of Traditional Program daily activities in the schedule here.

Recreation Program

Similar to the traditional program, the Recreation Program offers world-class gymnastics coaching over the course of a week. This program, however, is designed for campers who are looking for a more traditional summer camp experience. We balance gymnastics with structured recreational activities led by our experienced staff. Our Recreation Program is designed to help campers meet new friends, learn exciting skills, develop confidence, and have the time of their lives!

Schedule:

  • The morning begins at 8:30 am with a hearty breakfast. Following breakfast campers will split into groups for three gymnastics rotations.
  • After lunch is served is 12:15 pm the afternoon session begins with structured recreation activities and sports.
  • Campers finish the day with dinner served at 5:30 pm followed by a few hours of open gym and social activities.

Day Program

We are excited to offer a Day Program beginning in 2022. This program is designed for parents and kids who aren’t quite ready for overnight camp but still want to have the IGC summer camp experience. You are given the option to choose between our traditional program or our recreation program. This offering is intended for our younger campers aged 7 & 8 years old.
